California's (KIBBE's) Genocide Plan
California's (KIBBE's) Genocide Plan
"Doc. No. 6" shown below was extracted from the 1856 Appendix Supplement book (to the 1856 Assembly document book, Session of 1856) and has never been reprinted before in the 20th century, or later -- so enjoy. "Doc. No. 6" report by KIBBE clearly conveys the Federal Government's conclusion (from the top down) in regard to the genocide: proof is via the supply in the 1850s, of ARMY war materials to the State of California's Government -- in the latter's efforts to exterminate the Native Americans in Northern California. The 1856 Appendix Supplement is available at the Bancroft Library, which is located in the Bay Area, California. You can always phone the Library and ask if "Doc. No. 6" really exist.
It has been estimated that before Eastern White contact there were about 75,000 Native Americans in Northern California; by 1900 it was estimated there were only about 900 full-blooded Native Americans in Northern California left. Today there are none. It must be noted many Native Americans, besides being shot, died from European diseases (yellow fever, smallpox, typhoid fever typhus, mumps, measles, diphtheria, chickenpox, cholera, whooping cough, syphilis and other venereal diseases, T.B., and more). See for example the Journal of John WORK -- from that Journal it is known that at least half the tribes east of the South Fork Mountain died from some type of flu (a cold?) or virus caught and spread from one of the children, a boy, in WORK's group.
This is the most damning "Report."
